Holistica is a practice built on one belief: the body is whole and interconnected, and it heals when given the right conditions.

Founded by Dr. Mohamed Abbas, Holistica is rooted in osteopathic philosophy: the belief that structure, function, and mental state are inseparable. A tight shoulder compensates for a weak hip. Stress lives in the neck. Recovery is shaped by mindset.

We work across four core disciplines: osteopathy, physiotherapy, nutrition, and psychology. Each is designed to work together, not in isolation.
